You could make the bar longer and not need the flybar... but since you work w/ lexan, I thought a clear bar would not have the needed contrast to get it right with the pitch gauge.

The new 3G flybar kits from Align are supposed to have some sort of a tool that makes use of a standard flybar to set the pitch...
OK. I have an idea for this. I'll try it when I get the thicker Lexan next week.
