Need help with the Combination Glow Driver and Digital Load Tester

My Wife gave me a Duralite 45051 - Glow & Test
Combination Glow Driver and Digital Load Tester for Christmas.

The directions indicate that the battery is fully charged and ready to use. Not sure how to charger this thing, as the directions are missing this critical detail.

I have tried a charged battery on the load tester - no display. I hooked the clip to a glow plug on an engine and pushed the switch on the Duralite Power Diver no led lights up. The engine will start with a standard glow-driver.

Any help would be appreciated, as Duralite is closed until 3 January 2008.

Got an e-mail from Duralite Tech Support - you have to purchase a duralite charger no other option. The directions need to be updated on how to charge this equipment. Finally, duralite is shipping their batteries not fully charged to prevent damage.

I ordered a charger and look forward to using this equipment.
