Can the helimax esc and bl motor handel 2cell lipo or will it fry?

It will fry, both, esc and motor are made for 1S.

If you'e looking for more headspeed and you're using the stock 12t pinion, upgrade it. The 18t pinion I have on my 4G3 was one of the best upgrades I did, although those who have tried them all say the 16t is best all round.

Well my novus cp never did fly somthing about living in colorado with no air and me not being a very good piloit so I'm makeing an airplane out of the ele and I wanted more power
