how to set throttle/servo exp. ??

hi guys, i have the cp heli and im trying to set the heli up. now the manual says to put the v1 and v2 dials to 0 and flip dip switch "10" to on. then it seys to turn on radio but now were does it say turn on heli how am i supose to set throttle at mid stick.

also i want to set pitch curve and it says the same thing but i dip switch "11" on.

so how do i set these things??
