Gyro/Governor menu help

I am having issue going into the link to set-up the gyro/governor mode. I cannot open up anything when pluged-in. it won't connect to the computer or the G-view 2, but it can go into the flight control link.... I tried the total g repair software with no luck, I have rudder movement but can't get into the programing to set it up. please help.

This may be a silly question but are you moving the plug from the the top of the Total G down to the Gyro programming port?

I am thinkning you may be getting caught as many do & leaving plugged into the FC programming port.

Definitely not a silly suggestion however, yes I did move from the FC side to the governor/gyro side. But not able to program via the computer or the G-View on the gyro side... It won't even let me access the menu. Thanks though hopefully someone had this same problem and has a fix to it.

Had the problem resolved..... got in contact with Brian at CYE and they responded quickly. I finally did a maiden with the total g and was overall impressed, still have to fine tune the system but all is working well at this point.... I would like to thank Brian and CYE for the great customer service and quick turn around time.
