How do I go back to V2.1 with the 3G?

I downloaded the file so what do I need to do next?Sorry,first time and not sure what to do

You have to plug just the gyro into the USB and use the 3G V2.1 Update, not the 3G V2.1. Once the Gyro is updated, then just plug the 760 controler into the USB and update it. Once that is done, you can open the 3G V2.1 program and link up to it normally,, with both gyro and 760 controler plugged into the USB.
