elogger RPM sensor Doesn't work

Can anyone help me, my RPM sensor doesn't work, i tried in live and in record mode, nothing always zero?

If you are using the optical sensor it does not work good with electric lights. I was pulling my hair out trying to get it to work and then I turned the light off for some reason and bumped the rotor head and it started showing me numbers.
