HeliSim Setups

I'm currently learning, newbiw here, on a Blade mCX2. I am also strating to use HeliSim. My next step, after the mCX2, will likely be a Blade SR 120 or a quad (no idea which one). Anyone know of any recommended HeliSim setups for:

Blade mCX2
Blade SR 120
beginner quad (whatever you recommend)

After learning some more, I think I can rephrase my question. How do I setup Helisim for a basic fixed-pitch helicopter and non-programmable controller?

For example, should all Exponential Rates be turned OFF.
Should my throttle and pitch curves be simply 0,25,50,75,100?
Can't really find any specs on my helis to set the Model Settings, so will just leave them as is.
That sort of thing.

Anything else.
