Will the Trex 500 FBL head fit? Someday I may want to go FBL and the Tarot is $40.

Both have an 8mm diameter main shaft. I had a look at the standard trex 500 main shaft and it has a smaller diameter section on one end.
http://helidirect.com/align-main-shaft-h50086-trex-500-p-6586.hdx http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=412770 Same deal with the trex 500 FBL main shaft... http://www.espritmodel.com/h50133t--trex-500-fbl-main-shaft-2.aspx So you will probably need to use a gaui mainshaft. I dug up an interesting thread on the topic: http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=455418 You might want to send Sp00fman a PM and ask which FBL head he bought. And if all else fails you could just spring for an X4 FBL head that is listed as compatible with the 425: http://www.heliflightcenter.com/204685_Gaui_X4_FES_2_Blade_Rotor_Head_Assembly_p/204685.htm?gclid=CISK6sqM97MCFQqk4AodQh0AUw I know as much about going FBL as I do interior decorating. Very little.
