Well its neat that they are going to add PC access to it. It would save a lot of time since the double tap doesn't seem to always be Johny on the spot.

I have a TWO 5.1 units but gave up on them as the "finger slider and double tap" never always worked for me. It just got me so frigging annoyed.
And the fact that its not as easy as others to setup. If they introduce an Easy Menu system and a usb interface, then I might be persuaded to get another unit, but until then I'll stick with my AR7200BX At the end of the day, I loved the unit for its size and the nice display .... but user friendlyness .. was not high on the agenda when they designed it. nbells

It takes me about 8 dbl taps or more to get out of the deeper level programs.
It usually returns to flight mode 1st dbl tap though. If you could set all your base settings from the PC quickly based on tested and working settings from experienced fliers it would be nice. I'm getting better at getting through the menus though and could live without a USB connection. I hope they add the capability to remap the x and z axis so the gyro could be turned 1/4 turn to give a couple more mounting options. I had mine mounted right where I wanted it and it simply no way, no how was it going to correct the swash like it was mounted. I had it mounted flat above the boom on my new large aluminium anti rotation / gyro mount, with the tap pad on the right side of the heli with the wires coming off the left for a strait shot at my receiver and servo wires. It was readable looking over the nose of the heli towards the tail. As it is now the roll axis is not moveable only the elevator and yaw axis switch places when it is reversed. That's 2 things i would like to see on it and I haven't flown it yet. 1. Z and X axis remapping for 1/4 turn mounting applications. That's elevator and aileron axis, yaw stays the same to spin the gyro 1/4 turn and mount it. 2. USB connection to PC 3. Default values in the manual. I bought my gyro used and have no idea what the default settings are. If it fly's ok I'm gonna stick with it. Sometimes it doesn't boot up right. If it proves to be buggy I may have to let it go.
