Looking to get into aerial photography.

Looking for some info on on a good quad to get to start out on.
Not looking to break the bank, but want something that will carry a sony nex5.
There is so much out there it get kinda confusing.
Looking to buy a frame and build it my self.

Have you looked over in DIYdrones.com? I get the feeling this site is singlerotorcentric.

That could seem that way because the information is in topic specific forums rather than all located in the AP forum.

For instance there are threads about multirotor in the multirotor forum.

Flight Stabilization

There are forums to look into motors, batteries and do it yourself electronics and open source software.
