Hey Jeff, any idea what the tail speed is at your hs?I was thinking I may need ceramic bearings back there.

No idea. My tach taps out at 4300 RPM. I believe the tail ratio is published in the manual though, it's easy to do a quick calculation ... even at 4:1 it'd be ballpark at about 16K

I didn't find the tail ratio in the manual, I did spin the blades and came up with 5:1 ratio.If I muliply that by 4000 I come up with 20,000 tail rpm,is that possible?I thought it was fast, I wonder what the tail blades are rated at?

That makes sense .. I believe the ratio is 4.8:1 .... very strong tail.

I'm using 60mm Edge CF with no issues. My tail is locked and rock solid.

I only didn't filmed mine yet because i didn't want to post a video with clear sky and hot sun when half globe is throught negative temps

It has been a nice winter for flying, very low winds.

I like to learn all orientations before learning new stuff.
The autos are a bit tricky in the end cause the heli will always spin a bit when you flare, and it will most likely need some correction when landing. Once it landed nose in, almost a full turn

I'm running around 2900 in that headspeed.
My style of flight has a good portion with the disc unloaded, it's not full on, so i think it's not that hard on the lipos.
About collective management, it's good, i like to fly some low HS and i fly my mcpx stock, and i like to fly it fast, so i have to learn to manage the left stick or that little bug will bog a lot

Only in the last week i started bringing the game lower to the ground (with the Warp). This bird gives confidence, even when you know there are no parts available yet.
