Default Replacing fet's on lama v4 72mhz board?

Hello everyone- first post here. Does anyone have any experience replacing fet's on a lama v4 board? One motor spins wfo when my battery is connected while the other
one you can still control with the tx. I've tried to convert it using a Spectrum AR400 receiver with my DX7S while utilizing the 72mhz board. Everything worked fine except that motor still spins full-on when battery gets connected. Thoughts? Any & all help is much appreciated!
