shipping options messed up, only high priced ones work. hmmm

So i sent helidirect emails about this but they have not responded. I bought else where.

But why do you guys show that usps shipping is available. But when i select it it wont let me continue to the next page of the order process. And if i try and select a higher priced shipping it will let me continue.

The problem is still there i checked today. So why not just remove the low cost usps shipping if your not going to let your customers use it?

I think this is just a jam up with the cookies and your browser. I've had similar issues a few times where I go to check out with a small package order. When I open up the shipping drop down the only choices will UPS or a couple other high priced options and USPS standard First Class or Priority mail low prices options aren't even there. I've purchased more times than I can count form HD, so I know they have those options as I use them or the free shipping every time I order.

I log out, clear the cookies and go back in, and it always corrects itself and all of the options then appear and function when I log back in.
