I had a reply from them in my spam folder before, perhaps the same has happened to you.

Will check although their auto response came in no problem. I cancelled my order and my LHS had 1 left. I bought that 1. Will pick up later this week.

Double check to where you are sending those emails. I contacted customer support, got a very quick reply to which I answered and got no answer back until days later. The email I got originated from an address to someone in staff, not the customer support email. So my reply ended up in a mailbox belonging to someone who was away from work a couple of days. Or so they claim.

I am using the contact us form on their web site. They do not show another address. I also replied to all emails sent to me.

Have you tried calling?

I have had good service from them, both through email and phone calls.

A friend of mine who also pre-ordered through ampdraw said they stuffed up their original order and the next one will not be in until the end of October? Can anyone confirm this, sounds a bit ridiculous to me. I will email ampdraw again and ask!!!

I ordered today. The place said they hope to have more in by Friday. That means it will be next week before I can get mine.

Is it not just a case of they took more preorders than they can fulfil?

I'm starting to here the same thing here in the uk, we are still waiting on first batches but already some stores are starting to make up excuses for delays.

I waited to order from a source I can trust and only ordered last week. I bet I still get it before some that ordered back In September.

This was my first order ever from Ampdraw. Not very impressed with the customer service. Some parts that I ordered were in stock, but they seem to only ship when all is in stock... I'm used to partial shipments at no extra cost. And they are not very good at answering emails. Really like Readyheli, but they seem to keep very low stock levels regrettably = very often out of stock on stuff.

I have nothing to do with Ampdraw.com just coincidence with my user name (I'm in Australia as some proof lol)

Anyway...sometimes you can't blame the distributor. They may well have ordered say 100 BnF's but Horizon don't allocate them that many. It may have been implied or directly told to them that all parts would come in first shipment and then when things don't go to plan with the suppliers to Horizon everything gets out of whack and the distributors are left answering emails from disgruntled clients effectively on behalf of Horizon.
There's alot of cooks trying to stir the pot in unison.

Lets hope...long after the wait is forgotten the quality is remembered.

Heck it's not even on the Horizon here. No eta at LHS etc.

So much for the global roll out that was mentioned.

But these are just toys and soon enough we'll all have one, then we'll also want something else and be stinging for that to be released.

If I were a distributor I would not be taking preorders before I knew how many I had been allocated. At least that way I would be sure all my customers would be getting their product as close to release day as possible.

Taking unlimited preorders for something when you don't know how many you will receive is only asking for unhappy customers IMO.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Especially since they charged my card weeks ago! If I had that money available I could have ordered through another vendor who still had stock left. Such is life.

Well, Ampdraw finally contacted me and they were having some server issues etc. They are refunding my card and apologized for the mixup. Will have to give them another shot but could not hang in there without feedback. Picked up the last Nano form a local HS.
