Default Vibe canopy on the TZ?

I purchased the Fusuno blank vibe 50 canopies for the TZ and these canopies seem to be a very tight fit. If anyone else knows a good way to mount these canopies on the TZ let me know. I thought maybe the top mounting hole would end up somewhere on the TZ's frame but so far it looks like it will end up above the frame just like the vibe unless I relocate the top hole. It would look a lot better if I could use the vibe hole locations.

The canopies are currently off being painted so I can't really show any pics on this right now.

I have two vibe canopies for my Frenzy. I just moved the rear Frenzy standoffs to match the vibe canopy locations.

Got any pictures of your mounting locations and final fit of your canopy? I can't seem to see how the vibe canopy will fit without hitting the front top frames. The vibe has special breakaway tabs that extend up above the frame as shown in this picture of a vibe at our flying field. Also did you have to move the front mounting location?

Why not just buy the Canopy mounts for the Vibe and install them on your Frenzy. Seems like the logical thing to do. They are only $3.

Yes, that is what I was considering doing but wanted to see if anyone else figured out a way to do it without using the vibe mounts. And if someone did, could they post some pics on how they did it.

I don't have any pictures, but i can tell you how i did mine.
The front standoffs fit just like they are. I removed the rear standoffs, stuck them into the rear canopy mounting holes on the vibe canopy, eye balled the location on the Frenzy frame, marked it and drilled two holes to mount the studs.

I'm going to guess that the canopy is slightly angled upward from the normal position then since I don't have a picture of it.

Vibe canopy fits with simple mods. Front mounts need to be cut 5mm each side and the bolt that holds the two also. I bought the Vibe rear mounting plates, you can use the original thumb screws but you need to sand it down because the screw is a tiny bit larger than the recessed hole in the rear canopy.
