Flybar upgrade for UFLYS

The stock flybar gets bent easily, so i was looking for an upgrade, and i think i read something about using parts from axe cp. Can someone help me on this? Thanks in adv.

You can use any 450 sized heli flybar and paddles, you can also use the axe cp paddles...

You can use any 2mm steel flybar and cut it down to approx 165mm. In my case I used the upper stabilizer off an Walkera LM3, removed the plastic and cut/file to suit. Add some Walkera HM59dq paddles and Balance blocks(and a screw set as the balance blocks come minus the grubs). The balance blocks need to be drilled out a to 2mm. A simpler solution I guess would be to locate a 450 with 2mm flybar. Flys ok and the extra weight adds a little to its stability

lol i screwed it up by taking cf axe cp paddles and forcing it to fit the trex flybar -.- damn. 30 bucks gone

How did it mess up the paddles? I'm using a 450 sized fly bar with axe cp paddles and they screwed right on no problems..

Well those paddles werent made for the flybar, so it made a bulge on the flybar and it wasnt straight as i screwed it in
...and then i saw those bloody paddles just without the axe cp name made to fit for the flybar going for 2 bucks.

i believe i read somewhere that the tail boom struts can be used as replacement flybars cause they are the same dia and length....
