You will need to use a separate Rx with the VBar You do need to have the VBar installed setup and flying before attaching the CPII. The CPII will be installed between the Rx cyclic output to the CPII input, then from the CPII output to the Vbar cyclic input . If you do 1 signal line from beginning to end, you should have no trouble with the install. Just a suggestion... Have a clean setup with no expo or D/R set, no trims, all linear curves before setting up the CPII to the VBar. Also during the setup you will need to set auto trim to 0 so that the CPII can be completely turned off when powering up the VBar. This is needed in order to properly initialize the VBar with no input signals coming from the CPII.
