Default Suitable battery in Trex 700 - instead of BEC

I am planning on using a separate battery instead of a BEC. I plan on using a 2S LIFE since this is what I am using in my nitro. How large battery do I need?

Thanks!

I used a zippy 2s 2100ma life pack and it fit perfectly under the canopy on the accessory tray.

I use a LiPo and a regulator (Scott Gray Reactor X2).

But, 2200 is about right - that should be good for 4 or 5 flight between charges.

LiFe 2S 2100mAh (LiFe Source HCAM6435) driving HV servos.

I swap them after three flights, but they're good for at least double that.

I have a Pulse 2S 3600mah lipo pack. The extra weight balances the 800 tail boom.

Four flights easy before recharge. Possibly more but I don't want to push my luck...

i have an HV setup with the 3gx and SBUS.

I m powering it with a 2s battery directly into the 3gx (2200MAH),

I got two leads from the 2s battery but i m using only one right now..Align said one should be enough but members here suggested dual leads..

HV set up with a 2s 5000mah lipo. I don't have to babysit my RX pack this way very often .

What extra weight . . . It's a 700 . . . .http://www.helidirect.com/plurx-5000...es-p-26535.hdx
