Hyperion
slice, I had these recommended to me: HYPERION ATLAS DS 11 AMB FULLY PROGRAMMABLE DIGITAL SERVO . I have been using them on my flybarless TRex 450 for a few weeks. They have been working well.
The only issue I ran into has to do with the connector plugs. They have the JR style plug with the key down one side. I forced them to plug into the SK360. One of the servo connections was giving me intermittent connectivity. As you could guess, that is really bad. Since I did not want to cut the key off the plug, I solved it by getting three 76mm (3 inch) extensions with Futaba plugs on them. I glued the three connectors on the extensions into a block which I plug into the SK360. That makes for a very solid connection. I know: Sorry, I'm at work and take a photo just now. jrohland |
