Wild nanos:
I run gov arm mode and a deep vee curve down to 31 on my DX7.

My nanos are all dbl bl. I use 240 Hyperions - (weak). 95mm blades and cut-down Plantraco prop for the tail. Xtreme grips with 1.5mm F.S., Yannick (heavy duty) frames on 2 (out of 3) of them. mcpx FAI skids.

Dylan sold me some batteries that are similar to Nanotechs. Same size and 300mah but they kick butt and say 65C. At 8 grams they are a little heavy compared to 7 grams for the 240 Hyperions but they make POWER. When I find out what brand they are then I will shout it out to all of you.

With these lipos my nanos have become the perfect heli for me. I like my toys small, durable, powerful and inexpensive.

Is this what you wanted?

Looks like you have the gains about right. How does your motor sound? I get rid of the beep and beacon and set delay to infinite.
'Gov Arm' mode for governor and I use 90% on my throttle usually when I arm.
PWM and startup stuff is default just like mine.

The motor sound sweet and strong.

What does "I get rid of the beep and beacon and set delay to infinite." use for?

Does your motor delay to start,, my does, it about 1 second or so.. I was reading about this and it is the stepper motor start up,, is this correct?

Default beep, delay, etc

The beeps are for arming with new battery. The beacon is a lost aircraft signal that I could not hear from 6 feet away on these little birds. The delay is the amount of time before the beacon starts its signal.

I always quiet the beeps and beacon to save power. A little power maybe ... Who knows?

And yes there is a soft start that can take up to 8 seconds to spool up.

I've been out of the nano scene for a while, what is a Yannick frame?

Yannick frame is CAD designed by Yannick in Norway? . It is ready for larger bl motors. The servos are space out. the motor mount is very good (5.5mm) and the over-all strength is impressive. http://www.shapeways.com/designer/yannicflight

I have noticed that the main gear seems to last longer. I have been slow/stupid with the TH switch lately. I have crashed with blades spinning quiet a few times with little penalty.

NIce! I've been looking for a good/cheap 'hassle free' frame for the BL setups
