beginner gopro video copter?

I just bought a gopro hero 3+ and was looking into taking some aerial videoing. I have never flown a rc copter of any kind. I did some reading and alot of people are recommending a quadcopter or a tricopter. So can anyone direct me to a low cost quad or tricopter that i can learn to fly with and be able to mount a gopro on? Ideally around 200$ and not a DIY project.

Under $200? You aren't getting far. I built a DJI 450 quad clone for $160 and that didn't include a gimbal or a transmitter to control it.

I'm not really one of the most budget minded model builders, I'd rather buy quality gear that I can rely on. But you might have some better luck getting advice on that down in the multirotor support sub-forum. Those guys definitely know how to stretch a dollar on those things.
