Default T8JH from DX6

Hello all am looking at the purchase of a T8JH radio to replace my DX6. Just wondering if I am doing the right thing or going backwards with an older Futaba radio. Started with the DX6i and like the DX6 just have not fallen in love with it as I don't like the gimbal spacing for my hands. The DX6i felt better but was an inferior radio. Just wondering if this will be a good change or whether I should go a little higher on the totem pole for a radio system.

I would go with a used 8FG super, or a 14SG. I went from a DX8 and got the 8FG and am happy. Gimbals are nice, knobs are a little shorter and the springs are heavier. Like you said no reason to go backwards.

I thought of that but honestly, finding s-bus s-fhss receivers locally is so hard. Maybe it's easier in the US?

Everything few months I come back to thinking, should I get either a T8/T10 or 14SG...

Still using my DX8.

I have noticed in general I prefer the feel of futaba radios.

What's keeping me is not the cost of the radio - I'll want at least 3-4 FASST s-bus receivers if I change and I'm not sure if I should go for the knock off ones.

I'll still have to keep the dx8 as well for the blade bnf's.
