Default V450d03 Rotor won't spin

This is my first 3d heli, and I've been doing exercises to get accustomed to it. Was doing great and taking it slow until I got a little cocky and clipped a barn with the main rotor blades. So I need a new set there but I also noticed that when I spool up the motor and one gear set spins but this isn't transferred to the main or tail rotors. What do I need to replace or repair here? Any help would be appreciated, and I just don't want to head in the wrong direction.

Sounds like the one way bearing is sheared off. I think that is what it is called. Anyway, you probably need the complete gear set including the one way bearing. Not too bad to replace but you will also need to completely set up the head so I hope you have a pitch gauge. Good Luck.

Did any of the motor wires come out? Either the auto bearing is sheared, or the motor is spinning in the wrong direction.
