Good price on HS-7966HB, $40. So would this be a good choice for a tail servo on a 500-550 size heli?

I looked into that servo for my 500, but the speed specs just arent what they should be for a tail servo. The gyro needs the high speed to hold the tail well. Im guessing it would work fine for sport flying and circuits though. There was someone in the protos forum a little while back who used that servo, or a different version but with the same specs and it didnt work very well for a tail servo.
