Ya I think your right clutch. This is prolly gonna be my fault. Running a 2s LIFE pack straight to receiver. I read a few things saying folks were running it this way. Ima get a regulator and hope that I didn't mess up my other servos. Thanks for the other help too, really made a difference.

Shoulda been ok on the life pack voltage. But after a full charge a life pack will deliver a higher than rated voltage for a short time. You coulda just got a bum servo. It's safer to run a high voltage servo. For the little bit extra it'll cost you'll get better performance and longer life at the lower voltage. When a servo is gonna fail it'll usually act up first. With most flybarless systems they go through an initialization seqence when powered up actuating the servos. Most people just ignore it but that's when a bad servo can sometimes show itself. Another way to check after power up is to hold the heli by the head where the grips attach and tilt it back and forth or side to side in line with the head and feel the way the servos compensate. A bad one will not compensate or compensate and feel notchy rather than smooth. Heli's usually give subtle hints before stuff goes wrong, it's up to the pilot to notice and address the issues before they cause crashes.
And no problem, I'm more than glad to help where I can.
