Default It's clicked!!!!!

I haven't been able to fly much due to my current honey-do list (married guys will understand this one). I took my sr with me today while visiting my cousin, who just bought an sr. Helped him set his up and took our st's down to a park to fly. I finally got it today after about 15 packs. Got the balls up to try some some ff and circuits. I was shitting my pants at first but after a fee minutes the sim time clicked in and I was haulin ass all over the place. Sorry, no video because I don't have a good camera yet. Today was a great day because I finally realized that I can actually fly this thing well and finally got over that initial "oh crap" phase. Thanks to all that have helped me get this thing Up and running. Btw, I 'be got my sr so dialed in that I can hit TH and not have any jump or or tail twitching when transitioning. Great day!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome John! I wish I could fly like that. But I've only been going for two weeks and I'm sure my day will come.

Funny you should ask Danny. Flying in the park yesterday with about 10-15 mph winds. Was doing fine when a gust blew in while I was doing a fast banked turn and the SR just slammed into the ground. I was flying a little too low with the winds. it happened so fast I didn't even have time to hit TH. Chicken dance broke the main hub, boom supports, feathering shaft, threw the pitch control links and totally trashed the main gear. Oh well. At least I was doing something cooler than hovering when I crashed this time.

"Earning" the crash is always better than those frustrating hovering crashes, preceded only by mechanical failures cause hey, those aren't your fault, IT failed! Hehe those winds will smack you around a bit if you're not careful. Sorry to hear you crashed, sounds like most of the same stuff in my last crash.

Yep, the "honey-do" list sucks. This is what kept me from flying this past week. Sanded, stained, lacquered, cut and installed new treads and risers on my basement stairs. Not a bad job, if I do say so myself.

Don't have to be married to get one of those dreaded lists just living together works too. I get mine handed to me on nice wind free days or any time after new parts arrive.

It was supposed to be "it's" but I guess I typed to fast and the t ended up being an r and my iPod automatically assumed I meant IRS and "fixed" it for me. I really need to turn that eff'n feature off again.

damn right,

the second you let the woman think she is incharge that is when the honey do list starts, it might just be a little ting, but than it gets bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. but if you let them do it to you than they are always gonna expect it from you.

being single gets lonely some times but i dont have any one calling me 50 time a night, when are you coming home, what are you doing, or telling me to do this and do that and that is priceless

From the start , get go ,BEFORE marraige , make it CLEAR explaining what you will do .and what you will not do , make it perfectly clear , that IF they want to give you a to do list / honey do list , that YOU will make out a to do / honey do list for her also !!!!

IT works , and you have to mean it !

I did not figure this out till just before my third marraige , and it has worked really well for me , 20 years into this HAPPY marraige , and there is NO to-do-list .

But every man has to judge for himself , just how much BS he will take

my swash seperated yesterday and got negative pitch, it rammed in to the groud with force from about 15 foot up. happend so fast i couldet react to it. lucky after it hit it popped back up on the landing skids so i got no chicken dace but i broke a lot of stuff. and probably would have broke more if it did the chicken dance

i always try to stay up pretty high when i fly. unless i am just slowly cruising around slowly
