My most recent upgrades since last year :
Got the cline regulator conversion for my OS 91 HZ ... I consequently got rid of muffler pressure and header tank
Got a sweet deal for 3 BLS 157 HV for the cyclic
And finally managed to instal my throttle return spring

Next steps, when my wallet will allow, I'll get an OS 105 and latest Scott Gray reactor HV...

@Alfred : I'm using futaba CGY 750 and couldn't be happier. Rear mounted using the upgrade mount from kasama

Some of the best pictures of a Srimok in flight I've ever seen. Very, very nice.

I hadn't flown my nitro for a while - been enjoying the electrics too much. Today I took the Srimok out with a couple of litres of Cool Power 30% as a test. I was having so much fun I ran out of fuel about 2 meters off the deck while inverted (there's still a little bit of fuel in the tank so I assume the clunk ran dry). I managed to save it though, barring a blade that seems to have struck a stone. Thought I'd share a pic I took afterwards.

Last year I sold one of my two Srimoks, the Flybar one and kept the other one with FBL head ... which got Flybars back again few weeks ago, perfect for a true old school flying. The MultiGov governor is also new, as a replacement for Spartan Vortex internal one which I used before. The only downside are the blades, the Radix Stickbanger that I really liked before and sold, are not available anywhere anymore. Whatever, still loving an occasional flight with the Srimok :-)

It's the Srimok revival thread! I've just got mine running and dialled-in really nicely. It's the first nitro I've ever owned and I'm really impressed so far... time to buy some more fuel

Early bird flying this morning... using some heavier 7s packs that make the 800 feel more suited to my flying style. I've only got 11.5° pitch, but the 1,900rpm makes it feel very lively.

I don't fly mine every day but i took it out for a spin last Weekend and loved the power to weight Ratio and the precision. I like my others to but the Faifa was my first 700 machine! :-)

I've flown the Srimok all winter and now it's getting warmer the Faifa is back out most days!

I didn't know you also have a Ben Varley Opti TDR canopy! It's great for visibility

I find this canopy good for orientation at far distances.
