Default Tail fins?

Anybody thought about how to make and add some tail fins to this thing? A vertical tailfin at least would make the tail more visible in flight.

Some tiny boom struts (though not required) would be pretty cool too IMO.

I tried that on my 4#3B once, to try and make it smoother through left hand turns which for some reason it never was until I fitted the 58mm tail rotor.

Anyway, I was flying my 4G3 today, there was a little wind, but I was thinking I was having to use quite a lot of rudder to turn, so since a vertical fin would slow it down further, I don't think it would be a good idea on this heli, but then I haven't tried it. If you do then let us know how you get on.

Here is a pic I took at the time when I tried this on my 4#3B. Fin is a bit of an old HBFP fin.

I don't have any material I can think of that would be suitable for a tail fin here.

Waiting for woodie blades and new battery pack before trying any more flights with mine. Should be any day now.
