How often does everybody fly rc helicopters? And where??

I came from Las Pinas, Paranaque, Metro Manila. I live in Vancouver, BC Canada now.....

I came here w/ my Mom and brother when i was 11 years old. I'm 29 now.

Nice to meet everyone! I was born in Manila, but moved out here to Southern California when I was four. Wow, now that I think about it, that was over twenty years ago! Been flying for about two years on and off. I took a few months break for school, but now I fly mostly casually, so I don't break the thing LoL. I have an old Hurricane 550 that I like to keep modding so it's more of a Frankenstein heli, haha. Anyways, sorry I can't really write in tagalog, but I can read and understand it pretty good. So enough about me, how 'bout you guys? Let's hear your stories!

I've only been flying for 1month. I think this hobby is pretty intence. I've never been so scared to play to w/ something. I just don't want to crash anymore. I can hover alright, but only tail in. Im so rookie....

Sorry guys akn tagalog hindi ganda hehe, bit rusty. Anyway I have been flying rc helis for about a year now, after seeing the film National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets last year there was a scene where there's a RC Helicopter, and from that point I got into rc helicopters =)
So far I have mastered tail-in, side on, side to side, smooth take offs and landings...and am still perfecting it, kasi gusto ko perfect yung all orientations hovering =)

Same here, pinoy mga kabayan. I got into the hobby last October 2008(collecting dahil sarap tignan), officially started using the helis this feb. 2009. So far 1 minor crash that broke 1 main blade grip for my AxeCPv3, never have crashed ever since (hopefully dahil magastos hehehe).
