Default Help me understand the Castle Creations Data Log

Hello all,

I had an esc cut-off last weekend, that I think is due to a bad cell. I would like to confirm by analyzing the datalog from my CC Esc.

So first question is: on an ICE2 HV 80, does the datalog get overwritten as the log memory is used or does it stop logging when memory is full? Couldn't find this setting in the configuration software.

If the log gets overwritten in a circle type mode, I probably have information on what happen as the cut-off happened on my last flight of the day. So... on the datalog sessions graphic, is that session 1 (first) or session 11 (last)?

Thanks for your help.

Jack

not sure i think when the memory is full it stops writing,
but contact Clint-Atkins clint@castlecreations.com
i had an issue with a bad battery connection problem and i thought the memory was full
but sent him the data log file and he was able to determine the problem
(hidden menu i think)

Found a Castle High Power ICE HV 120 instruction manual from many moons back. Just happened to have it lying about. Suspect all units are identical.

Manual states data continue to be logged and remain in memory until cleared.
