The price strikes me a little better than 379 but what is funny is for 20 bucks more you can still have a .90 motor.
We need to get a .55 size heli so says Align and I quote "●MADE IN JAPAN ALIGN Hyper engine for superior 55 size helicopter."

I only paid 280 for mine at the local shop dunno where you are getting $379 from.
the engine retails for 300. Ive seen local deals as low as 240 just above dealer cost. just gotta know someone and call in a favor. BTW.. the OS55 is a beast turned my Outrage into an unboggable beast and I suck at collective management.

It was from the original ad first released. I never looked again after that. Yeah 299 for the OS the Align motor has to come down in price..

Let's do some predictions here. Align isn't stupid so it is obvious that if they are forced this time to be 3 dollars more retail then they still decided to stamp the motor for a reason. DUH none of us are going to pay 3 dollars more for the Align version of the motor and again I doubt Align is stupid. My prediction....
Either this .55 sized heli is going to be a new release. Or they will package this motor in future 600 kits. This way they can use their wholesale pricing to give us a great deal. hmm what would a .55 size helicopter look like? lol

It would be 10% larger than a 50 size, of course.

Well, os warranty can not be so much better. A friend broke his conrod in an os 70. It was a real hell to receive a new one. Personally, i donīt think itīs worth to discuss warranty issues on this engines. It is cheaper and faster to replace the broken part myself.

Between my experiences, and people I know, I don't know of ONE positive outcome w/out hassle. Ours got resolved, that is my and my friend, but it was a FIGHT to get them to honor an obvious defect |

If you buy an engine with no warranty, you have no alternative, even with a hassle. Ask the people who bought the Align 50. |
