Default Which bearing is this? Where to get replacement?

Guys I haven't got the frenzy going yet (still saving up buying bit by bit) but I noticed that I have a bad bearing in the clutch hub / starter shaft assembly.

If I rotate the starter shaft input / adapter (at the very top) or if I rotate the shaft sticking out of the bottom of the clutch bell it is very very notchy, however if I rotate the clutch bell itself its smooth.

Does this mean my one way bearing is bad before even using it?

If so what should I get as a replacement?
Thanks!

Anyone have any idea? IS this supposed to be a one way bearing as I can turn it both ways?
Thanks!

no, engine is not in yet, its just the clutch bell (silver) and the shaft that goes it up to the starter hex socket..

If I hold the clutch bell with my hand and spin the starter shaft part its very notch, but if I just spin the clutch and shaft together its not notchy...

Thanks

You need the engine in it so the shaft lines everything up from the clutch to the starter shaft.
Then it will feel a whole lot better once you get everything in a straight line.
