Default What RC Helicopter can lift about 100-200 grams?

I am looking for a remote controlled RC Helicopter that I can attach my GoPro 3 to. It weighs 75 grams by itself but with other cases on it I figure about 100ish.

What RC Helicopter could work for this? I am looking to spend the least about of money possible. Thank you!

There are quite a few options. I'd stick with 450 class or larger.

No disrespect intended, but judging by your use of the term "remote controlled" helicoper, I am assuming that you have little to no experience of rc helis. A radio controlled heli can be a lot of fun and offer a rewarding experience. However, learning to fly a collective pitch heli, such as you will need, is not a quick exercise, and you may need to start with something smaller and easier to fly. You may also find that a quad copter is more suited to your requirements.
Have a look at the following website, which offers a huge amount of info for anyone from beginner to pro: www.rchelicopterfun.com

My 450 sized has carried my GOPRO several times. I mount it where the battery normally goes and mount my battery under the chassis of the heli.

If you're simply looking for a camera rig, a 3D helicopter is not the answer. There are much more suitable choices these days, like quadcopters, hexacopters, etc. They are designed with that in mind and are much more stable and easier to fly.

You have a world of knowledge+practice to absorb to be able to only fly a heli, making video with it is like an art inside a hobby.
