Attaching BL esc to main board?
Hi Guys, I think my BL kit from Dylan arrived today in the mail. I'll go pick it up from the post office tomorrow.
I have but one quick question:- What do you guys use to secure the additional BL ESC to the main board? Some sort of double sided tape, like servo tape? I'd like the ESc to be removable if required without damaging any of the componets on the ESC or main board. Thanks!!!

Nice, neat job you did there mate
I was going to solder the motor wires direcly to the board, but I see on this one you've elected to go with the included connector. Do you think there is any advantage to soldering directly apart from the weight saving? These relatively low power motors shouldn't heat up the connector should they? Thanks man!! P.S. I hope you managed to get the issues you were having with the KDE tail case for the 130X resolved. Mine arrived a few days ago, not fitted it yet though, going to do the 3rd bearing mod at the same time. That's the plan anyway!!

I pitched my KDE tail box and put the stock one back on. Miraculously, all my vib problems went away. Enough said.

Sorry if I hit a raw nerve there Craig, I know you put a lot of effort into resolving the issues you were getting with the tail case. I'm gonna wait till LYNX release the carbon steel tail gear(s) they say are in the works. I'm hoping to get a nice, resonance free tail. Fingers crossed!!
Thanks again for your help, it's much appreciated!!
