Default Tail spins out???

I'm trying to get the heli off the ground for the first time. Before I lift off the heli starts spinni g out of control. I've checked and rechecked, if the servo was reversed do some reason. Servos going the right direction, I've walked my gain from the TX all the way from 0-100 with no change?

Any ideas??

Servo direction going to the wrong direction seems to be the only possibility. Servo gain is not gonna help you. Try to Reverse the servo direction in the SK software and try again.

Sounds like your gyro correction direction is the wrong way.
