Default tiny ball links!

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the tracking on my 4G3 if I can't unattach the ball links?? What tool do I use?? Are there ball link pliers small enough? And let me ask about blade tracking in general--Which blade do I adjust? The high blade or the low blade? How do you decide? I really don't think it matters because I can't get these tiny freakin' ball links undone!! =)

i would just unplug the motor .. put it in midstick and the the other or both blades to zero pitch as possible
i just pluck them out using finger (fingernails) .. its not that hard to come off

Several point to keep in mind...

1. Incorrect blade tracking can be caused by several things. Ball Linkages is just one thing to consider. I would check for all of these:

A.. Are your blades statically balanced?
B. Are your blades dynamically balanced?
C. Are the lengths of the ball links set properly?
D. Are the Main Blade Connectors bent?
E. Are the blades too tight or too loose in the Blade Connectors?

2. Getting the links off the balls is more of a challenge than putting them on. I usually pry them off with my fingernails.

3. The links have two sides... make sure you put the link back on the ball the the correct side facing the correct way. One side has a little ring around the hole and is slightly larger than the other side. The side with the larger hole goes on the ball. If you have difficulty discerning which side is which, use a touch of white paint (I use Liquid Paper Correction Fluid) to make a reference mark on one side.
