Default split 6s pack ??

what are the drawbacks to having a store bought 6s lipo that is 2 3s lipos together by that connector wire outside the pack.? I ask because im not sure if im a fan of these types of packs, why do they even do that? it says it can charge up to 10c , do u charge each lipo or do u enter the battery info in the charger as a single 6s?

At the end of the day a pack is just a collection of cells, 6S is just two 3S packs.

Obviously the advantage of a single 6S pack is a single pair of leads and a single balance plug.

Being able to split the 6S pack into two 3S will allow you to run both a model requiring 6S and 3S.

ok so there's no difference in charge rates , or reliability ,? I see what your saying tho , at the end of the day cells are cells added up , and I guess as long as they are matched well voltage and all , it should be good to go ,,,, I got 2 of these batterys today ,, instead of plugging in that god awlful connecter to link up the 2 3s lipos, I opted to cut the wires as short as they could go to where I could solder the wires together , and still have a little wiggle room , heat shrink over it , and it almost looks like a single 6s
