battery pack for dx6i
Is there a battery pack that is plug and play or does it require a mod on the transmitter?

DX6i Battery pack
My DX6i does not have a plug for a battery pack? You would have to add a plug, not a difficult modification and would require opening up the transmitter. The batteries are wired in series; there is no 3 volt supply tap.
I am curious why you would like to use a battery pack? They are basically four “AA” batteries packaged together. DX6i Battery info: The DX6i is power by 4 “AA” batteries. It comes with rechargeable batteries and a wall charger that plugs into the transmitter to recharge the batteries. It does take a while to recharge the batteries. I found that a standalone battery charger is better, charges faster and finds weak batteries. |
