Sorry, I'm incapable of helping, from the lack of screenshots, log files, photos of the wiring ...

Ok here is what I have going on. This is just one of many escs that I can't get to arm. Now don't judge my soldering by these pictures, this is not how I normally solder. I accidently ripped one of the pads on the esc right before taking the pictures. Please let me know what you think.

Hi, guys!

I'm trying to get BLHeli flashed and running on some ESCs that I picked up for free from a friend. They're nice hardware, they just have firmware that's crappy and slow for quadcopters. These are Castle Creations Phoenix 25A ESCs, they use an SiLabs F330.

I have a good amount of experience with hardware stuff, so I've reverse engineered a basic schematic for these ESCs. I've even been able to flash one of them with a version of BLHeli that's for a different ESC. I just need help figuring out what to set in a .inc file for them.

I've attached a schematic and pictures below, having some direction on how to set up a .inc file for them would be fantastic!

Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask the questions, so please re-direct me if there is a better place.....

I have just set up BLHeli on a HobbyWing 40 Platinum using the Kforce download. I have got it working, but have a couple of quirks that I would like some help with - I tried searching but couldn't find the answers ..

I have the ESC on a Mini Protos using a Scorpion motor - I have 3 "flat curves" set for Normal, Idle 1 and Idle 2 - I have tried these at different %'s but always get the same HS for all 3 settings. I can't change HS using the flightmode switch (DX7) - this used to work fine on the CC that I was using before and works on all of my other helis so I am guessing that it is a setting that I need to tweak.....

The second quirk may be related to the first - when I spool up I get a "kick" on my tail that seems to occur halfway through spool-up (a bit like when setting up Gov store on a YGE but more pronounced).

Any suggestions gratefully received....

Cheers,
Mike.

First thought is the ESC is in GOV ARM mode instead of GOV TX.

I did wonder about that - but so far as I can tell it is set to Tx - screenshot below

May be the timing? Everything else looks normal.

Do you really want an LVC on each motor? It will crash when the first one gets a 1/2 throttle signal.

Shouldn't you use a timer or telemetry with voltage?

Just questions. I am familiar with BLheli Silabs for helis but sorry, can't advise on Atmel / multicopter.

Default Aquastar Box as Stand alone 1 Wire to Silab ESC

Hello, im new at Blheli and done many search for tis Info.
I flashed the Aquastar Box to Blheli and checked the C2 Interface with it, here all is ok and working.
But i can chose at the Blheli Suite to flash the Aquastar to 1 wire connection to the Esc Servo Lead , here i have no Info for the wire Points on the Aquabox to set up an Silab Esc.

Is there any info on this Problem ?
