QJ EP-10
Hi all,
I will be one of the one who own a Quick Of Japan soon. Just ordered an EP-10 and will have it maybe next week. Does anybody have one who can send me some pictures, and tell me if they like it... and maybe have some trick... Tanks Eric Nantel Quebec Canada |

Hey Eric, I think you will like the EP10. It is a very smooth running machine. It has plently of room to run a good size battery pack. Japan sends a nice lightweight battery tray that works well.

Eric, I never had anyone want the metal blade grips after flying the ones that come in the kit. It runs goods.
I would run a 5 cell or a 6 cell pack. Harold |

Eric, In all the years I sold the heli, I never had anyone to have to replace on of the blade grips.

That looks great. I like the way you have the linkages set up on the tail rotor, that is the way I was shown by Cliff Haitt to set it up.
The landing gear Charles sells is very forgiving, and they look good too, you may want to look at them later. Harold Good Pictures! |

Well, you can move the pivot balls to the inner holes on the blade grips. If you do that, the lever arm for the servo will not be in the center of travel. It is a mistake some people make.

Eric, you did it the right way. If you use the other holes on the tail rotor blade grips, it does not center the pitch change unit on the tailrotor shaft. So then you do not have very much travel in one direction.
Hope you get this heli together and up and running well. You may want to get the optional landing gear for the EP 10. They are great. They are very forgiving. All you can do with them in a crash is bend the Alum skid bars. They are cheap from Charles. Harold |
