Default Eratic Servo

Hi guys. New to the forum, so hopefully this hasnt been covered yet. I just bought a Blade SR and had a small crash that casued me to rebuild the head. I have been trying to get everything trimmed out but one of the servos seems to have a mind of its own. Once I get everything trimmed the servo seems to decide to have a new center position, throwing my trim off. Is it a bad servo, Rx, is it the gyro??? I disconnected the servo arms, which obviously was a bad idea. Id really like to get this squared away so i can go crash it again. Thanks in advance for any help.
