Default 700-club: new member! 600 efl pro out?!

Hi guys,

I just got one yesterday... Used for 30 flights by a fellow club member... (700 v2 3gx)

Woohoo

Nothing really to ask at this time, waiting for the packs to arrive. Just wanted to share my hapiness.

Opening a bet as well. I think I WILL still fly my 600 efl pro. Many say I won't. What do you guys think?!

If your 600 pro still flies well, why not fly it.....

600 efl pro out, you buy a new 550 and you can share the lipo's between 550 and 700

I say keep the Trex 600. Once you fly the bigger bird, the smaller ones seems easier to toss around in the air.

Heh who actually shares packs, when i had my 700 had packs for it and packs for 550. I suppose if ya planted one and it was gonna be down awhile. In my case would have been a pain to put the 550 packs on the 700 and vice versa.

Hey fr0stbyt3

So what's the story since you've had both for a while? Do you still fly the 600? Does it seem really small now?

I love my 600EFL, trying to resist the urge to move up to a 700. When I was flying yesterday I realized that my 600 doesn't seem that big to me anymore. Guess that means I need a 700...

Well, it's weird... My 450 seems like a midget, I do with my 500 now what I did with my 450 before, the 600 is more a race horse and the 700 is more like a heavier version of the 600. I fly them all. I though I was going to dislike the smaller ones, but it's nothing like that.

If you're in doubt, go for the 700. It feels and looks quite a lot bigger, but for me, that didn't have as a consequence that I don't fly the rest anymore... It does give you more confidence, flying the big thing...

If you love your 600 EFL, and you can afford to go 700 without selling the 600 EFL, go for it. If you have to sell it, I'd think twice, just because it's not a bigger version of the same thing, but it really flies differently.

Being honest: I have replaced the 700's 3GX with a BeastX, and I'm so happy with that, that I decided to buy the AR7200BX for my 600... Waiting for installation now
