Default x50e build issues

Started my x50e build today and have ran into two problems. The first I have already sent an email to TT because when I was checking all of the swash balls for locktite, one of them sheared off at the threads with very little torque. The other issue is the control levers don't mount in the direction that I have seen on every picture so far. As you can see in the picture below the metal part of the control arm is mounted on the same side of the head block as main grip link. I inspected the washout link and it has one side to press the ball on and the other is smaller. The only way I see to get my levers to match the instructions is to attach them to the ball first then screw the ball in. Is this how it should work?

Thanks for the replay. I called Thunder Tiger, Hobbico in the US, and they told me mine were backwards and the anti rotation links should be trailing. They did not confirm that with that orientation that the ball has to be snapped on first then screwed in. I swopped mine back around and attached the ball first. Hope to maiden it tomorrow.
