Default Why does it do this?

So the other night I was flying my nano CPX and I landed a little hard and broke the landing gear. So like any other wise person I decided to put a little bit of sticky tape on the landing gear so that I could fly to couple more times. Now, when I try to hover it decides to shimmy about almost like its in a cyclone. Can anybody explain to me why it does this? I'm sure it's because of this sticky tape right?

Are you sure the main gear hasn't become dislodged? I don't have a nano, but on my mcpX when I land awkwardly (crash!) the main gear slips down a little or becomes twisted on the main shaft and causes shimmies and the like.

Is that why sometimes only the tail rotor spins and not the main blades? I have to pick it up and shake it a bit then she's fine. It makes a whirrr sound.

How is this fixed? And is this causing the wobble?

You should probably move this to the Blade nano forum. Not really part of flying.

But your motor starting problems sound like your motor is starting to die.
