Hi Bob, I am trying to call but I do not get any prompt, only option 1 or 2 which are to leave a message, How do I get the prompt?

Hey Bob,

Thanks for the help tonight.

The main shaft replacement was a breeze using your instructions (You were right, it was bent). All I need is a new belt and I'm back in business.
