hey all, just wonderIng what the total weIght of the 700 xtreemeeee Is? only askIng out of curiosity and havent been able to fInd It anywhere.

I'm running 14s on 2 7s5000 packs. My weight is right around 12 pounds iirc, but it's been quite a while since I weighed it.

For a comparison, my 700/800Xx with 2 7S 5000 Revos is 6.4kgs

Just finished the 700Xxtreme and mine came out at 5586 grams with 2x6s5000 35/70C.

Hope to maiden it this weekend

Where did you get the 730mm blades from? I remember that being suggested as optimal length for the 700 and just a question as to whether or when Edge would make them. Thanks.

They are MSH Rapid blades and I had to get them from there site. They are a soft bite blade and take allot of pitch to get it moving but I like the size.
Edge did make a prototype, its was tested and not produced for sale. Probably because the stock 12s setup is stressed quite hard on 730's even at the low head speeds I run, 1400-1750. Motor comes down 170-180f and packs in the 120's so I'm thinking 14s when my lipo's wear out.

Thanks for the update. I've got a 12S setup but a 14S on standby for the longer blade length. Is Edge still in business and producing blades generally? I see them for sale online but stock has stopped flowing in locally.

I thought Edge went bust and are up for sale, cant get any Edge blades from anywhere here in Aus

Really a shame. They are my go to blades for Logo's. Everything else I have to get shipped in
