Where ever it takes to make it flat the whole way across. Is the head higher or the grips? Build the lower area up to match the others. It doesn't have to be exact. The Polycarbonate flexes a little.

I would say the head is higher by approx. +- 2 mm

OK, so you would put washers between the grips and the tool. The washers I send are about 1.1mm thick so that should get you pretty close. You can use cardboard or paper as well.

I think you are out of luck with the overslung flybar but what does the flybarless head look like?

Now for that head, my Universal 250-450 Zero Pitch tool should work. The blade grips are flat and it looks like there is clearance. You may need to use a few washers to get everything close to level, but the Polycarbonate flexes a little so it should still work fine.

Sorry, I have no plans at this time. I don't have a Rave head to design with and it really doesn't look like a good candidate for a similar design due to Rave design placing the flybar above the blades. If I do I will let you know though. Thanks for the interest!

Rick

I just saw the mikado vbar in the vid and wondered. Not the heli. Sorry Bob. I have one hung on my new 700e coming in the mail. There is a whole dedicated section on HF on it of coarse but would love to see your approach as your vids tend to take very confusing issues and bring common sense simplicity into the equation.

I bought ones for both my logo 500 and 600, they work good. I had to file out he slits on the Logo 500 sized though because they were too narrow, but other than that, they work good.

That doesn't sound right. Maybe you ended up with a Logo 400 version by accident. PM me your shipping name and address and I'll send you the Logo 500 version.

Rick...
I know this isn't the 130x forum, but I was wondering if you have one of these cool tools for the Blade 130x?

No, sorry. My universal tool works down to about 250 size.

The 130x would need a specially made tool by the looks of that built in head button. I think I will make one for that soon.

Not sure which "mini" you mean cpmboy.
