Default T-Rex 500 Vibration Help

So converted my HK500CMT/Align mutant hybrid to FBL so I can use the self leveling as a bailout switch for learning. I'm getting some bad vibration at ~200 Hz / 12000 RPM on the Fore/Aft acceleration. I think it's coming from the tail but nothing I'm trying seems to be making a difference. It is a belt drive not a tt. If anyone could at least confirm that I'm looking in the right place that would be helpful. Log file attached.

Do you have the SK720 on the tail gear box? if so move it down onto the bottom tray. The vibes from the box are too high on the Align 500

I was told that my tail blades are off balance and my log looks like yours. On the left is your log and on the right is my. But let some vibe guru comment on this to be sure

I should have stated that the SK720 is on the bottom tray and using the full vibration mounting kit.

I swapped tail blades from Align plastic to KBDD plastic and it made no difference. I was thinking about loosing the belt as it seems tight but that will require shaving a little off the boom. I think the HK tail might be a bit long or something. I'll get a fresh belt and loosen it up and see if that makes any difference.

=] I should have mentioned to check the belt pulleys also, the vibe does pulse so this can be an eccentric pulley running the belt tight/loose/tight as it rotates,

was in a rush this morning!

LHS didn't have a belt and the other LHS that has it is 30 min from work and an hour from home. But the closer LHS wanted to get rid of their TT upgrade kit so got a good deal on it. Got new plastic grips to replace the questionable HK metal ones too. So all new tail now. We'll see how it does tomorrow if weather permits. Been wickedly windy here lately though.

Well my upgrades have eliminated the vibration problems. The largest vibration is now from the motor and that rarely spikes, probably happens when I switch from normal to idle up.
