kontronik throttle percentage

I was told that using kontronik mode 4 with calibrated atv that your desired headspeed should be reached at %80 throttle curve for maximum power and efficiency. Is that correct?

Its ideal so it has enough headroom and not generate too much heat on esc

Read my post about how to calculate it and you can get an idea. But not adjusting the atv is the way to go
